University Certificate Requirement for Expats

Dear All,

Just wondering if a fellow member can provide some commentary. Can Certified Copies of the Attested University Certificates be used as part of the work visa application process? Or does it have to be an original (i.e. have originals/certified copies of attested certificates sent to Oman)?
