IQAMA EXPIRED NEED TO TRASNFER

HI,

My Iqama is going to expire with in 20 days iam transferring to new Company from Current.

I have already accepted request in Qiwa and My Current Employer also accepted Request But he made notice period of 60 days

the problem is i only have 20 days to expire my iqama he is not making notice period one day he is demanding some money .

can i get transfer without any issue to new employer after my iqama expired please Suggest me what to do
