School Report Cards Attestation Process from MOE Saudi Arabia

Dear Members,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding the process of attesting school report cards for my eldest son, who completed his schooling over two years ago. We urgently require these attestations for his admission to a foreign university and subsequent student visa application.

Unfortunately, due to the MOE Noor system's data retention policy, information older than two years is typically purged from the system. Despite efforts by the school administration to facilitate manual retrieval on two occasions, they were unable to proceed as the data does not appear in the system.

If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has relevant experience, I would greatly appreciate any guidance on which section of the MOE office Riyadh I should visit to address this matter.
