I am surprised some of the topics are not addressed at all

Recently it has been announced that the increase cap of 25% on rent will be abolished (even within 1 year).

The Ikamet for long time letting is easier

Letting out for short term will be challenged (for me it is good, personally I do not like things doing illegal)

Increased taxes for people who own more properties (good I think)

Consent of ALL owners in a complex for short term letting (not possible in my view), but so far strongly checked

Not paying Aidat and court proceedings (how does it work?)

Higher prices (meant for tourists) on markets, but I have to say restaurants even expensive have been stable over the last few months (TRY is doing quite well)

Too low Aidat and people complaining. (very upsetting, people want to save EUR 10 pm and see the complex decline (including price of property))

How to pay local taxes (we outsource), but how do you do this?

Water deliveries (or not)

Internet providers, service, cost and speed?

Service in restaurants (and cost)

Apologies, just to try to create some threads
