Restamping/Transferring 13A visa to New Passport

As the subject title states, I'm looking for any advice or insight on do I need to transfer or restamp my 13A visa when receiving a newly issued passport or just carry both.

Seems like when I did my last annual report there were some who could not complete the annual at that time because they had a new passport but there Visa had not been transferred and BI wouldn't accept.

And if indeed I do need to restamp/transfer, what is the process because I'm having a difficult time finding the instructions on BI site as far as Forms, Docs, & Copies to bring...

Any input would be appreciated
