Private health care insurance

Hi,

I am looking to get a health care insurance for private hospitals, clinics.

I am a resident.

I would like to have an insurance that covers the bill immediately without me having to pay upfront and then claim back.

Unfortunately it has been my experience that private clinics make up their own costs and obviously the foreiger pays more. So to avoid that, I would like to have my health care insurance deal with the clinics directly and control/check the bills that they will pay directly.

Possible and any recommendations for an insurance provider?
