Hello,
I'm Myanmar citizen and my partner is Polish. We're planning to get married but we need certificates of no impediment and single status from respective countries. I have no idea how to get it from Myanmar. I can't go back to Myanmar as I was involved in some political activities. I am currently staying in Singapore for 30 days visa free. I doubt Myanmar embassy will give the documents too. Please advise if you have any information about this.
