Hi! I love Myanmar and I want to open a guesthouse in this beautiful country. Is anyone have any advice or/and information? Price, law, etc...

I am Steve.I am Local and real estate agent.
That's really nice idea.In 2015 Myanmar will be more opened and many foreigners come in.I guess opening Guest House,Service Apartments or Hotel is ideal .
