Being reported to authorities so you are barred from entry?

I was just asking about the threats she has made to me about baring me from coming back? And like I said I have Done nothing wrong to her. It didn't work out between us and I moved on.

I had the same issue with my ex in the Philippines, visited her and had a good time together but then she kept messaging me in the early hours of the morning, UK time. The messages always ended with - I will  leave you, I will block you. I was asleep when these messages were sent and explained to her 2 times politely that there was a time difference and I could not answer her messages, When she did the same thing the 3rd time, I told her I would leave her if it happened again. It did, I left her and she said she would make sure I never entered the Philippines again. Just hot air - I do not see how you can be barred from entering if you just split up.

I had never really thought of it in the past but i recently watched a YouTube video where BI supposedly keeps derogatory lists of foreigners by name based upon citizen reports where they may have gotten into a fight etc. and complained to BI. In the video, JRC visa recommends that everybody staying here check those lists at least twice a year to see if somebody complained about you and got you put on to a derogatory list, How do you check the list? Well, you need connections. JRC visa has such connections (surprise) but it is not free to check I'm sure. I still find it hard to believe but apparently lots of citizens are aware of this "power" they are supposed to have over foreigners. How much power? Maybe enough to cause problems everytime a check is made such as applying for 13A, SRRV, a visa extension (?), ECC denial but probably nothing that would affect you coming in at the airport, or maybe it could?  Because JRC Visa has a very good reputation, I do not automatically disregard what they say. If this were some entity less credible I would tend not to take it seriously. At the same time I think there are some expats who may tend to be complained about more than others. Of course, procedures like this are rife with potential abuse by civilians like joe's ex.  I might suggest to smokin joe that 1) Because she has said she can keep him out, maybe she really is aware of this derogatory list and 2) since the B has already threatened him and if he is concerned, then he might consider checking with JRC visa to see if they can check the lists.

I believe that if you behave proper and dont do any stupid things or are involved in domestic or other violence you would not have a problem. your eventual partner and others benefits from your stay here so there is no reason to randomly be afraid.

That is a way to look at it and should be valid in a fair and just system. There are some who might appreciate your optimism that due process prevails prevails. But taken as advice I agree with what you say, regardless.
