Looking for a pen pal/contact in Vung Tau

As I mentioned before, I'm interested in making a sort of pen pal/email contact in order to take a close look at my old duty station in Vung Tau. I was at the U.S. Army 36th Evacuation Hospital in 1968 and would love to know the status of the geographic area of the hospital with images if that is possible. It was located next to the Airport, bordered by, what appears to be, a concrete water culvert. I have the cross street names if needed. I appreciate your interest. I have considered residency there, but my wife is not interested. Thank You.

Welcome to the forum.

I'll ask a friend of mine who still lives in Vung Tau to check out the area. He's also retired US Army and takes an interested in this sort of thing, photographing buildings based on old photos.

Of course, there may be no trace of your old duty station. Have you checked on google maps?

Let me know what the cross streets names are although they may have been changed long ago,
