I got request from qiwa for new employer, but still not approve it cause im scared and my mental health affected.  my contract will be finish on july 20 2024, and i dont notice my current employer that i will not renew . my new sponsor put date on qiwa start date is july 4, 2024, and my current contract finish on july 20 2024, can i approve it even without notice that im not renew again for my current employer?? Or any problem possible i got? Sleepless night cause of this 😔

both parties is responsible for giving notice, your incharge and you? they need to ask you first before the period, but it is your responsible also to give notice so they can have time to find worker to replace you. but in your case, try to talk to them nicely and be calm.

If you did not send any notice 90 days before your contract the employer have the right not to give you your end service benefits. But yoi can always talk to them.

@sleepwayt i dont have plan before to not renew cause he said he promote me and increase salary until now no any update. Then luckily hired in other company much better salary. Thats the reason why i dont notice early.  And 1 week ago the new company send request on  qiwa just waiting for my approve. But im scared to approved maybe they accuse me bridge contract. What should i do.
