Technical Question Claro Routers and NordVPN

Hello Forum, We have a home in Managua and are in the process of setting up our internet on Claro. We want to be able to use a VPN, specifically NordVPN. Question: Does the Claro standard router support NordVPN? If not, can I replace the Claro router with an ASUS router?
