Hi Christine, I'm relocating to Nicaragua in the next few months and am looking to see if there are any expats in the area. I'm from California and looking for a more laid back lifestyle and natural forests and beautiful scenery :]

Look up encuentra24.com. Every thing you want to find in Nica. Look at the "for rent, Matagalpa. You may find expats that way. They move in and out all the time. Some may want to sub-lease their place for a month or so. That way, they still have their rental when the get back to Nica.
