How can an employee leave the company for another?

Greetings


After working for almost a year on waiting for the transfer, an employee discovered that this existing employer doesn't pay salaries on time and for nine months couldn't do transfer as my first kafeel has closed his company, so decided to change company. Untill now no transfer, no contract note signed between employer and employee yet, as the employer company is in RED category.


Please how could the employee that changes his mind for finding alternative work/employer will do?


Those with the knowledge should kindly assist with the best way out.
