Hello, I am moving to the US (from Europe) and I am trying to check if my phone is compatible with networks in the US, but the results are very unclear to me. I am using this type of websites:

The results show that it is compatible with some of the lines/networks and some not. For example, it doesn't work with any 5G network. Does this mean that I will have problems?
Actually, I'm also considering buying a new phone anyway (preferably a used one), because I'll want to have access to two sim cards at once, and with my current phone that's not possible. Is then buying a new phone in the US the only reasonable option? From what I can see, all European phones are partially incompatible.
