EP rejected because of verification proof

I have done my bgv with Avvanz and submitted same record still it got rejected do anybody faced this issues kindly help how it resolved .

Since we don't know what you submitted, it is a bit of a speculation here:

If the verification is really unsufficient, you should submit a correct or remove the dubious qualification fro the application.
If the verification is actually correct, your employer can appeal against the decision. But MoM VERY rarely makes mistakes!
