Doctors accommodation at Dr suleiman al Habib

Hi

I an an american board certified Internal med doctors offered to work at sulaiman al

habib jeddah as consultant internal medicine.

They are offering me a total monthly compensation of 55,000 SAR and for accomodation they said they will provide a 3 bedroom apartment ??



is this a fair deal ? I was told the average compensation for american board certified consultants with experience will be atleast 75,000 and they would provide a 5 bedroom villa ??


please help

i do want to move there for cultural reasons but dont know if they are really low balling me or if this is the current market

I am a French board certified surgeon, I dis usmle and a clinical fellowship in Cnada.


I got an offer of 65 ooo sr.


A friend of mine who's spanish of arabic origin worked there.


He was offered an appartment instead of a villa in a compound, so he had to pay for a villa.


He told me that compounds are probably limited to white  europeans and american's
