help me with the process of changing residence permit in Bucharest

I have recently moved to Bucharest from another city in Romania, so I want to change my temporary resident permit. The first time I did this, I paid a lawyer to help me. Is it worth doing so again? I thought maybe the process is a bit easier since I already have a CNP number. If so, what is the actual process?

I remember just meeting the lawyer at some migration place and then I received the permit after a week.

Friendly reminder, I'm a citizen of another EU country, if that helps.

I would think you simply go to Imigrare and notify them. Have you tried that?
