QUWA CONTRACT - Pending for Notice Period

Hi Everyone

please guide me in this regards


I make a case to my company in Ministry of labour and it was in my favour and the company said to transfer to other aponsor within 2 weeks but i refused and the ministry representative said dont worry after the company decision you will have 2 months time you have to transfer within this 2 months or you will go on exit

Now i see in qiwa online it is showing “pending for notice period 21 days remaining”

Now i am worried do i need to transfer within this 21 days or i will have 2 months more after the notice period

like after notice period complete i have to transfer immediatly or withon 2 months i can make a transfer

Please advise on this i have a family i meed to make arrangements if the things are not working
