Hi! Seeking some info, is there anyone who get married in Philippines with Emirate?

My situation is I'm still Rom. Catholic, and so my partner needs to secure LCCM, since we will have civil wedding, but the UAE Embassy, Manila states that they don't issue such docs.

We're trying to get all the info so it will be more easier for us to process docs. once we go PH, but the Civil Registrar in my place has no any advice regarding with this matter.
