Saudi Visa process from Bahrain

Hi, I have some query regarding the working visa processing, Kindly please clarify,

Regarding Degree certificate attestation, is that Apostile attestation enough? or need to get the saudi cultural attestation.
I have Engineering Degree certificate, but my job category & visa process is as Technician. Shall i have to register Saudi engineering council? Is it necessary to get enroll?

Yes, you nee Saudi cultural attestation.
This point you need to clarify with your employer in Saudi

Thanks for your feedback.

I got Apostile attestation and My attestation agency person said to enter saudi, Apostile is enough and will better if you get both. He said cultural attestation will take 30 to 45 days. Can you suggest the possibility for getting earlier. Actually i have to join within 25 days. Thanks in advance.
