Good day, any advise for my friend blacklisted 4 years ago for a simple problem ,after waiting all day for an extension (Cebu), he get mad and told the agent he is an idiot... That was 4 years ago. Just asking, because the wife here kid with depression, have no time to look after it, the immigration in Manila asked P340K and Cebu immigration P400K. nice business.... Are you familiar with this problem? Thank you Alain.
