Im new member here and I would greatly appreciate some advice.
can anyone please tell me if they have applied for Ministerial approval to purchase more than one acre of freehold land?
I Have found a 5 acre property with a house on it and am wondering how hard the approval process would be or should I just keep looking for a one acre property?
