Dear Sir/Maam i need suggestion From YOU regarding about My Past work My company Make me terminated contract and my iqama was expired since nearly 3 month's and 10 day's company what’s the Next step FOR my company please guide me last three months I'm not working with My company i want to Take transfer to another sponsorship

In case your work visa and iqama is under your current employer, the right approach is to talk to your company HR, and discuss with them about your plan local transfer of sponsorship. Do this when you already secured a job offer letter from new employer/company. Make sure that new sponsor is really to support you during transfer process formalities through Qiwa portal and MOI-Absher.
