Go to the Ministry of Labor (MOL) office near to your location, then initiate / create a ticket or complaint and request for local transfer of sponsorship to new company/ or new employer who provided you with a new job offer. MOL will then create either a 60 to 90 days notice period for your local transfer within which period the current/present employer will be either forced to give you a "transfer" or a "final exit only visa". If current/present employer opted the latter “final exit only visa”, it will notify MOL that your current/present employer will no longer want your services anymore. In that instance, MOL grant your request outright, and automatically transfer your visa iqama to new company/ or new employer.
