Hi All,

Some of may know this process but some may not. For my time, i didn't know and asked to many people, have to find the long ways. My wife got medical UNFIT for her employment visa due to old tb and she got the permanent Ban from Immigration. Then, I do the necessary process to lift the Ban and then apply the family visa for her. Here is the process based on my experience, I'd like to share.

After Dubai Health issued medical UNFIT certificate, I went to Muhaisnah medical center (Building 7), and explain the situation. Lady from counter provided the email addresses of Dubai Health to submit following documents.

1) Passport copy (Both)

2) Visa Copy (Both)

3) Attested Marriage Certificate

4) Unfit certificate

5) Arabic Unfit certificate

(If you don't have Arabic Unfit certificate, show Unfit Certificate to that lady from counter and request her. They will check in system and give you the Arabic unfit certificate.)

Once all the documents in hand, I sent email to Dubai health and explain the situation. They didn't reply immediately and so, I sent the follow up email few times. Eventually Dubai Health issued a letter that stated Ban is lifted, (for my case, I got the letter within 10 days). After Dubai Health lifted the Ban, it will take 1-3 days to reflect in Immigration System. I went and checked at Al Awir Immigration (Building 1, RM 9) for the Immigration Status to confirm Immigration side is clear too.

Once Immigration side is clear, I applied the family visa for my wife at Amer. Visa was approved on same day. Once visa received, she came back to UAE and did the medical for the EID.

Same thing again, we received the msg to come to Muhaisnah medical center (Building 7) after the Medical check. We  went there, get the token number and waited. This time, we have to meet with doctor and she asked if my wife suffer TB before (we answered No). She check the result of last spectrum test (this was done during her employment visa time) and said it's negative. Then, doctor told us to go back and result email will be sent in 48 hrs. Eventually same day, my wife received certificate (Fit-Follow Up) and she will need to go clinic in next 6 months. Then, we did the finger print for EID.

I hope, this information may useful for the some people who required it. Hope, all are in good health and happy.
