State pension in Mauritius for expats over 70

What are the requirements please if one returns to live in Mauritius and spend 6 months here? Do the 183 days need to be consecutive or it can be staggered over a year. What about initially when applying?

Expats replying seem not clued up of rules to pension entitlement. I appreciate their comments though and I understand where they are coming from. I’d feel the same though. The rule is Mauritian expats have to have been resident in Mauritius for 12 years to qualify.
