11/20/24 This question came up over two years ago and I can't find the thread, so I'll repost the information here.  I just received a replacement credit card, so it's top-of-mind.  I use a mail forwarder, but even if you don't you may still be able to give your bank the same instructions.

The Customs Declaration says "Non Commercial Docs" with a stated value of US$1.00 and no insured value.  This is important in order not to cause confusion at Customs.  It came right to my door, 13 days in transit.

This was shipped USPS Priority Mail International Express because I wanted to get the credit card here quickly; it's trackable and less expensive than DSL.  It was in transit 13 days.  I'm not usually in a hurry to get my mail, so I ordinarily use either regular Priority Mail International if I want tracking, or First Class International if I don't.
