Shipping containers to Ecuador from Port of Houston

We lived in Cotacachi, Imbabura Province from January 2014 to July 2022. We are seriously considering moving back to Cotacachi.

Unlike the first time, we now have some goods we would like to bring with us, in addition to 2 dogs. We presently live in Alamogordo, New Mexico and would need to be shipping out of the Port of Houston.

Does anyone have experience with shipping containers from Houston to Ecuador AND is anyone going who might be interested in sharing a large, high cube, shipping container?
