         I thought the president elected in 1980 could join the others,  he almost did but did not ultimately qualify..

        Danfinn wins the grand prize, my congrats.  Found out about this when I got home  from attending my first Philadelphia Eagles game at Franklin Field in November of 1963.  It was scary when Reagan got shot, thought he was gonna continue the streak, but he survived and was reelected.  Supposedly Harrison caught the pneumonia on a soggy March 4th swearing in while giving his first speech of over 2 hours, died April 4th.  Swearing in got moved up to January under FDR.

         The people shower up this morning to install our tv and wifi.  The wifi works fine, but for some reason they did not hook up the satellite portion of the network, got to get some utube.  Something about the payment name not being right, did not use the debit card info for CDO Bank.  They will be back some other time, told them not to come Tuesday, got notice the electricity will be shut down tomorrow from 8 AM until 5PM.  The wife has her follow-up Dr appointment in Vigan on Thursday, but w are planning to go tomorrow while the electric is off, good time to stock up. Did receive 8 cans of beans in latest BB box which we sent back in November.  The beans have 15.5 oz in each can, so I can use a can for 3 days, figure 5oz a day is enough.  when I have my brown rice and beans the wife usually makes one of her stinky fish dishes for herself.  This family is not big on beans.  So I have 8 weeks worth of beans, plus I got two cans of Starkist Tuna much better than the local canned tuna.  Will probably get some salmon and tuna steaks tomorrow also and plenty of broccoli.  Family member gave us three heads of cauliflower, small by US standards but each is good for a couple of meals for both of us. Should be a fun day, gonna check to see if they have any new Vigan tshirts, not even gonna bother with the bookstore.
