Hello Dears,


Can anyone refer me to an excellent accountant or accounting company.

I need a firm or accountant who can oversee the following


•    Basic advice on tax, VAT & social security     

•    Preparing and maintaining up-to-date corporate accounts    

•    Limited expense accounting    

•    Preparation of personal income tax filing    

•    Drawing up of depreciation tables    

•    Quarterly/monthly VAT filing, client & IC listing    

•    Payroll handling for company director(s) & related reporting requirements     

•    Drafting annual reports & minutes of General Meetings    

•    Drawing up of financial statements (i.e. balance sheet, income statement, explanation) and filing for publication (if applicable)    

•    Corporate income tax filing (annually)    

•    'Ultimate Beneficial Owners' (UBO) initial registration/annual update    

•    Assistance with tax audits, administrative or litigation procedures    

I would be most grateful if I can get a good recommendation
