Hello,

I'm looking to get more info on the medical that's needed for the residency visa. Has anyone taken it in the last year and could share your experience about what it involves exactly? We are wanting to make the move, but my partners health is ok but not perfect and I'm wondering how' fit' they want you to be to get residency. Just don't want to spend thousands on a lawyer only to find out the govt medical officer won't approve us!

Just a statement that you are physically and mentally fit. Our attorney provided us with the letter and we didn't even see a doctor.
