Hello,

My single permit is valid until 26.11.2026.

I want to do a secondary side job that is why I will apply for a professional card.

I want my stay should be based on single permit and not based on professional card.

They say my company has to apply for a single permit again.

While waiting the decision of DVZ, can I continue to work and stay in Belgium?

Merhaba Aycan,

While single permit renewal, you can continue to your work.However , if initial single permit is expired while application ongoing, then you cant work.

I knew that your SP is linked to your work and dont let you work in another work.

What kind of single permit lets you work in another work ?

You can work in a flexi job without changing your single permit.
