Hi Friends,

Regarding work permit / visa in Saudi Arabia. My employer saying "we are currently looking into the possibility of obtaining a work permit for you". Neither i send them my passport nor accepted their offer (bcoz they said we shall send the offer after obtaining work permit)then why and how they are trying this possibility?Is this normal procedure? I think they are trying to get approval of visa slot then afterward they shall get the formal permit after finalization of offer am i right?can i work in Saudi Arabai on visit visa?

You can, but it won't be on a permanent basis. Meaning that they will have you come there on a work visa, then when you have started working, they will start the procedures of issuing an Iqama for you.
