Hi all,

is it difficult for expats to open a bank account in Bangladesh ?

Which documents are required to open a bank account in Bangladesh ?

How long does it take to open it ?

Is there any restriction for expats regarding the services (loans for instance)  ?

Which bank would you recommend ?

Thanks in advance for your participation,

Julien

If you are Bangladeshi than you just need your National ID card for opening a Bank account. If you are a foreigner than you need passport for opening a Bank account. Normally it takes one hour for opening a Bank account.I recommend Dutch Bangla Bank.
