A job interview in Haiti will be a similar experience to job interviews in the business world. Be formal and avoid showing tattoos, uncommon piercings. The employer might ask you tricky question to grade you socially as social fragmentation is very common in Haiti.

I'd suggest that you relax and gradually turn the interview into a conversation. Make it pleaseant for the employer to have coming over for an interview. Talk about your past experiences that support why you qualify. Try to find common grounds and connections.
