I am currently in Belgium on a visit visa . Realy would love to get a job  but not to sure what is needed to start. Is there any South Africans that can share some advice with me.

If you have a visit visa, it will have been granted on the grounds you are visiting Schengen. If you are in fact looking for employment, then you're not a visitor are you? If you got yourself a work permit, that would be different. Students can also work part time here, you need permission to change status and also need to study, if going down that route.
