Dont worry ella, im sure the arab will not interview you, the most apart will be the head nurse who will have lots of questions, and make sure they will get you go for the Nursing exam & pass ministry of edu etc etc

ella rn

thank you Wilson! i really appreciate your replay! the agency told me that a Saudi man will come next week to perform an interview for nurse who are fit to their hospital in king fahad medical specialist in dam mam,ksa..i only have few days to study regarding my area and it's quite difficult for me because this is the first time that i will be interview..by the way i passed already the saudi council so no problem regarding the required exams need by the ministry of health..

guys,i would like to inform everyone that the said interview schedule for me was cancelled..The agency call me 2 days ago they told me that the Saudi employer check all my papers and they told me that my experience didn't qualified in the said position..i feel bad because this is the only hope that i am holding but it just suddenly  flew away because i am just an  expat who has an experienced in a polyclinic in KSA for 2 years and 4mos and they are requiring an experience in a hospital..guys,can anyone of you should help me what should i do regarding this matter?i am loosing my hope because every time i will go to an agency they are telling me that "we are looking for a nurse who had their hospital experience"..whew! i didn't what should i do..by the way i have my Philippine license and a Saudi council but still the luck for me to come back in ksa was very difficult..

RedGoblin

That is very unfortunate indeed. But you know.. "when one door closes another opens up" and all that. All the best!

ella rn

i do hope that some other oppurtunity will knock on me.. :(

i do hope...

Try to get some hospital experience specially in ER/OR/ICU area. These are really good areas to get solid background experience. Wherever you go US, UK or Middle east these are pre-requisite. Good luck.

ella rn

thanks to you guys..i really do hope i can search for a job..to get an experience here in the Phil was very difficult, even though you have already the license that's why some of us grab the opportunity to work in a clinic in middle east just to earn money..but i guess money is not the only reason you can consider when you are applying for a job one should consider also the learning experience you will gain in everyday situations you will encounter in the field of nursing...now,i am still hoping for the opportunity to still work in Saudi Arabia but in a hospital settings..i know i doesn't have lot's of experience but i am willing to learn every single thing to improve myself..
