If you need a cell phone, have the hotel get a SIM for you as Foreigners can't buy them.

Cambodia currency is called Riel. They happily accept dollars but have to give change in Riel because there is no small US change.

To get a Cambo driving licence you can give the licence office your overseas licence and they will issue one with equivalent rights (and return yours).

It is illegal to drive with headlights on during daylight hours.

HIV infection is VERY HIGH. You don;t need mementoes of your trip.

MAI LNH buses from Ho Chi Minh do several daily trips to Phnom Penh and also a daily trip each way PP to Siem Reap (Angkor Wat) and their buses are far better, and safer, than most any others. They also accept VN Dong.

You can actually travel Siem Reap >> Phnom Penh >> HCMC in one day.

Remember, you will need either a multi-entry VN visa, or a new visa from VN Embassy in PP, to be able to return to VietNam!

Hi Jaith.
Thanks for good information. The staff on Pham Ngu Lao St didn't tell me about visa or what
Anyway, I lost my passpost and we will go in 8/12 :D
If anyone interested in that trip, join us !!
