Hello to all, my name is Thomas Regal.

I am a member of "The Gones", the American Football Club in Lyon.

The Gones is an association, all members are volunteers and passionate about American football.

We have two flag football teams : Minime for the child, Senior for the Adult

We have three full contact football teams: Cadet ( born 1997-1994) Junior (born 1993-1991) and Senior (born 1990-and older)

To continue to develop our club, we are always searching for new coaches, players and partners.

If you are interested in participating, you can contact me. I am sure it can be a good way to have some fun with French People.

We are a friendly association, everybody is welcome.

Also, I have met many American in Lyon, and it's always a pleasure to speak in a pub or anywhere.

I can also help you to improve your english, and I would like to speak a fluent English.

hi thomas i am really interested in playing. ive been searching and searching for someone to play football or just throw the pig skin around..can you send me more info like the next time you practice or play and where...cheers
