Hi: I'm coming to Phnom Penh in March with my son. I'll be there a month to look for work (I'm a TEFL teacher in Peru now and I also teach TEFL grammar and pedagogy to teachers earning their TEFL certificates). I was looking for suggestions for a good place to stay for the month while I look around. Thanks much. John.

Don't worry. There are hundreds of places around. I would recommend you stay in one of the hotels for a couple of days and look around for a month. Normally, it is 6-mth minimum lease. So, i am afraid you would have to look for a hotel. Modest cost/ day would be $20, for a decent one. That also depends on where your central visit/ office will be.
