From what I gather it hasn't been open all that long, but I'll quite happily recommend anyone the Six Nations, Rugby Pub & Restaurant in Brussels.
I was in there yesterday afternoon/evening and I was very impressed with the place, friendly staff, great interior, good food and the best pint of Guinness I've had so far in Brussels.
But don't take my word for it, go and find out for yourself.
