What is the best way to find a Web Developer (IT) job in SA?

Hi There!

So the short and sweet is that I'm considering a move to the Middle East due to the tax benefits from the US.

I currently have 5+ years exp. in the front-end web development field along with a Masters degree. Also I'm a U.S. Citizen. What is the best way to find a job in Saudi Arabia or any GCC country in general?

I've looked on sites like bayt.com and it hasn't turned up much.

I'm looking for at least a contract position or full-time that provides housing and a better than average salary.

Any ideas?
