Hi,
is it true that couples who work for different employers can not get the education and housing allowances and other benefits from both employers ? only one of them ?

Yes, it's true and it's the " law"!! Only one spouse gets to keep housing and education allowance! The only things the other spouse gets from their employer would be transportation allowance and annual ticket!
