Thinking of moving to Balanga, Bataan

Hello All
I am thinking of moving my family from Manila to Balanga, Bataan.
I am sick of Manilla but need to move to a place where there are a few expats of any nationality I can meet once or twice a week. I am a New Zealander and only speak English.
I would love to hear from any expats living in (or close to) Balanga. Thanks.

Hi Kiwi, did u listen to 2nd test in Aust last week.
ur cricket team pulled off a stunning victory by 7 runs.
I am a Aussie living in Naga City Bicol Sth Luzon
I don't know about Balanga but there are plenty of Foriegner here
and they meet I think weekly at a Bar ofcourse.
I don't go yet (but I might)because I have a Restobar 100 metres away run by a pommie and lot of foriegner frequent the place
so it's easy to get a yarn in english.
this area is a small place by fillipino standards so I would emagine big places would have more expat.
maybe you need to go there, check it out cause the expats I speak to here don't subcribe to forums
