Does anyone know of someone who can by pass the 6 months in and two months out requirement for a person in their early 20's?

they would like to live full-time in India.

Anything info would be very appreciated!

The answer is to get a visa other than a tourist visa http://www.immihelp.com/nri/indiavisa/categories.html. However, they may be not appropriate in your case, and therefore may be difficult or impossible to get. The link did not mention the PIO Card http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persons_of … rigin_Card for which you can qualify if you are married to an Indian citizen.
You can bypass the two-month out requirement by http://www.immihelp.com/nri/indiavisa/p … nths.html. However, I had increasing difficulty in using this exception, so I just gave up. http://mickyandrani.blogspot.in/2011/10 … es-of.html
