I am a big fan of Books.. am reading on the Classics now.. Tolstoy, George Orwell, Jane Austens.. There's nothing like the real book, though.. the feeling from smelling each page as you turn it is exhilarating.. Though most of my books are electronic ones too since it's cheaper.. lol. I'll add your suggestion on my reading lists too.. I'm currently looking for "The Writings of Erenest Hemingway" No hard copy and no good ebook copy either :( but here also are list of sites for ebooks..

Wow Tmaesalle. Thanks a lot for all these links. I will add more during next week but these are enough for starting. I will back to Khobar on 20th with my ebook full of new books. This week I am reading Tolstoi.

Tmaesalle

Tolstoy's books are a difficult read but if you have the patience and real love for reading you will find it very entertaining..the Characters are eccentric and interesting and you get to learn a lot of life and social perspectives as Well. I finished Anna Karenina.. planning to read his War and Peace and Brothers Karmazov.. but I'll stick to the easier reads now.. Well enjoy reading :)

ManuelGomez

If you have enjoyed Anna Karenina I would like to suggest you La Regenta. This a book writen by Leopoldo Alas Clarin.
Next book that I have programmed is Crime and Punishment. These Russian writers are so close to the XIX Spanish writers. They are so difficult when you are reading them but at the end of the book you get a really detailed imaged about a period of the history of the country. So the effort is well invested.
After this I think that I will choose a couple of them more simple, from Spanish or American writers, otherwise I will become crazy.

just last week i started learning arabic writing.. im down to 16 letters out of 28.. seems like going back to elementary writing.. I have lots of ebooks for learning arabic especially in writing... very nice ones actually and easily understood especially for self learners like me.. but it's a 1.37 gb file.. i dunno how to send it to ya.. if your email can accomodate a big file.. i will share it.. just give me a heads up on how to send it.. im sure it will be a big help :)

Hi Tmaesalle,

You are a life saver! I have been searching all over for tools in learning arabic as it is a definite advantage in Saudi but have found that most of them are very hard to understand especially for beginners like myself. If what you have is relatively easier than the rest, would you mind sending me a copy as well? It's such a shame that we take the time to learn the arabic language and the locals here seem to not want to learn english so communication gets very difficult at times.
