Short-term apartment rental

Post new topic

gjschroeder

I'm coming back to BKK in early March for 2 to 3 months, and hopefully sometime after that (next fall) will return to become an actual expat. I'm looking to rent a studio or 1br apartment from March through the end of April, possibly longer into May. I'm looking thru the classifieds, but if anyone has recommendations on an agency that can help me with the search and educate me on rental agreements, etc., I'd appreciate it. Feel free to send mail directly to me if it's not appropriate to post business referrals here publicly.

Thanks,

Gary

Short term like you want will cost more because most places want 6-12 month lease.

Hi gjschroeder,

I would suggest for you to stay in Hotel and move to apartment once you are already settled. Home owners hear require 6 months stay for a minimum.
