I am contemplating taking up a senior management position at Beira , Mozambique this June.
I would be moving in with my wife and a 11 years old son who is studying in grade 6.
Following are my main concerns and would appreciate your honest feed back:
1. Education for my son ; Are there any good International schools in Beira and basically a bit about the teaching staff. ie Standard of teaching staff, their nationality etc and how much does the school cost?
2. How safe is this place for living. Though i have been given a positive feed back , but i would love to have your frank views on it?
3. In general social life at Beira , Mozambique ?
4. How large is the expat community and are their many Indians around?
5. What about the cost of living at Beira ?
6. What about medicals facilities available at Beira?
7. Traveling and International flights from Beira airport?
I guess your honest views on above will help me a great deal in clearing the fog that i am in.
