How do they do it? I've been here for a few years and I've seen countless advertisements for employers looking for candidates who are good looking/have a pleasant appearance. Isn't that discrimination? Why don' they just say it straight out "look we need a lady who doesn't wear a scarf and looks sexy (or small scarf, tight clothes and still looks sexy).................

well said ..... I hate it ..... pure discrimination and sometimes it really makes a statement about the "job" the candidate will have to "do" .....
